Lark Oxford

Student Housing will be offering spaces at Lark Oxford during the 2024-2025 academic year to our sophomore and upperclassman students. Lark Oxford is located approximately two miles west of main campus and is located on the O.U.T. Bus Route for transportation back to main campus. Students living at Lark Oxford will have access to all the amenities on the property including a pool, fitness center, the Clubroom with access to games, and study spaces. 

These two, three, and four bedroom apartments come fully furnished and each bedroom has access to a private bathroom. Each apartment will also offer in-room laundry, a full sized kitchen, and common space. 

Rates for Lark Oxford for 2024-2025 will range from $5,500 to $6,600 per semester pending IHL approval. As with all other university owned and managed properties, housing fees will be billed through student Bursar accounts.

Students who live at Lark Oxford will be required to have renter’s insurance. If you are living at Lark Oxford, you will be asked to provide proof of coverage priopr to move-in. Coverage provided by GradGuard meets this requirement.
