Meeting Room Booking Procedures & Room Use Policies
When filling out a request form, please make sure all the questions are answered and all the boxes are checked in ordered to submit it. When it is submitted, we will determine if the requested space is available or if the request was made at least five days in advance. After these steps, you will receive an email stating if the request was approved or denied.
