Room Condition Report
Your room condition report is available in the student housing portal. Be sure to submit your room condition report when you move in because it will be used to assess damages when you check out.
- Log into the student housing portal.
- Select inventory in the top bar.
- Click on the review button next to your room information.
- To acknowledge the condition of the items in your room, choose accept for each one. If there is an issue with a particular item, you may enter notes by selecting more information under the item. Your notes will provide our staff with information needed to correct any issues.
- After completing all items, choose save review. Your completed room condition report will remain available for you to view in the portal until you check out.
The deadline to complete your room condition report for Fall 2018 is September 4.
