Housing charges for fall semester will be applied to students’ bursar accounts beginning in July and continuing through the start of the fall semester. The date that a student is billed is determined by the date that the housing application was completed by paying the $100 application fee.
Housing charges for spring semester will be applied to students’ bursar accounts beginning in November and continuing through the start of the spring semester.
Students are responsible for confirming the accuracy of their individual bursar bills.
Students who withdraw from the university while living in Student Housing owned or managed facilities will be subject to immediate removal. The refund of housing fees is prorated based upon the withdrawal date and date the room is vacated. If a student re-enrolls during the period covered by the original housing contract, the student will then be financially responsible for the remainder of the contract.
Billing for summer housing occurs throughout the summer.
