RC South Application Info for Sophomores & Upperclassmen
Private double rooms are now available for 2018-19!

Current members who are interested in returning for the 2018-19 academic year should review the information below and complete the process to request housing in RC South. Please keep in mind that current members are not guaranteed housing. The offer to return will be based on space availability, GPA, and community involvement. All students interested in returning must complete an Intent to Return Form and, if offered renewed membership, complete the housing application. Application & Room Selection Info
Application available beginning: 9:00am on February 5
Once all on-campus spaces have been filled, a waitlist will be available.
Students who have been approved for membership in RC South for 2018-19 will be given access to select rooms in RC South. Available room type options include: double rooms, single rooms, double suites, quad suites,
You must have completed the Intent to Return form online and have your membership renewed in order to have access the online student housing application.
Please see the detailed instructions below:
- Go to the application page.
- Select the Sophomore & Upperclassman 18-19 application. You will not be able to view this application if you do not have an approved Intent to Return Form.
- Complete all tabs, including signing the electronic contract, paying the $75 non-refundable application fee, and, finally, selecting a bedspace.
The $75 application fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your contract prior to the deadline. Please be aware that failure to pay off the application fee that was posted to your bursar account may affect your ability to register for Fall 2018 or result in a hold placed on your Fall 2018 schedule.
All returning residents will select bedspaces from double-occupancy rooms with their preferred roommates. If you have requested a single or quad space, you will be contacted by Sue Gauthier directly once you have completed the application process.
Once you’ve selected a room, you may use the optional Room Change function in the application to view other spaces available to you and select one of those spaces if you’d like. If you plan to use Room Change, keep in mind that it is available until 12pm on July 27 or until the application closes because all spaces are filled. If the application is set to close prior to 12pm on July 27, students with reserved rooms on campus will be notified two business days in advance. Room changes will next be available after fall semester begins.
