FUTURE RESIDENTS: Please note that Kincannon is one of the stops on daily campus tours as well as one of the halls shown at campus visit events. Visitors are present in the lobby area, desk/exit area, and showroom on the first floor between 12:00 and 3:30pm each weekday and on approximately one Saturday per month. Visitors on campus tours and at visit events ARE NOT permitted to enter student rooms or community restrooms. The Kincannon showroom is on the wing that contains rooms 120-132.

Located on Student Union Drive, Kincannon is a male residence hall comprised of seven floors. Each floor is split into three wings with two community bathrooms between the wings. Each room is furnished with built-in dresser and desk combos, closets, and a twin extra-long bed for each student. Ethernet hookups, wireless internet, basic cable, and a phone line that can be activated free of charge are also included in every room. Snack and drink vending is available in Kincannon. A 24-hour front desk, a resident assistant on each floor, a live-in residence hall director, and student ID card readers on all exterior doors make Kincannon a safe and secure place to live. Kincannon Hall was built in 1963.
