Info for Freshmen, Residential College Residents, & Northgate Residents
Housing charges for fall semester will be applied to students’ bursar accounts beginning in July and continuing through the start of the fall semester. The date that a student is billed is determined by the date that the housing application was completed by paying the $75 application fee.
Housing charges for spring semester will be applied to students’ bursar accounts beginning in November and continuing through the start of the spring semester.
Students are responsible for confirming the accuracy of their individual bursar bills.
Info for Campus Walk Residents
Campus Walk residents are billed twice per year: $2,922 for 6 months in the fall semester [August 22, 2016 – February 9, 2017 (171 nights)] and $2,922 for the remaining 6 months in the spring semester [February 9, 2017 – July 31, 2017 (171 nights)]. Students who withdraw from the university while living on the premises will be subject to immediate eviction. The refund of the room rent is prorated based upon the date the room is vacated. If a student re-enrolls during the period covered by the original housing contract, the student will then be financially responsible for the remainder of the contract.
